Orchard Farm is being developed by Orchard Farm Kent Ltd (OFKL), a partnership between Urbanise and Steenvlinder.

Ste envlinder is the leading social and community driven developer for self-build in the Netherlands and Urbanise is a successful Kent based developer who ensures good design, sustainability and community engagement are at the heart of all projects.

We have shared values and believe that self-build brings a variety of well designed and well built homes, where people want to stay and live happy lives.

By creating Orchard Farm as a self-build development, we are realising our joint ambition to change the way that housing is delivered in the UK. We’ll bring real choice to the housing market by enabling people to build their own home. Together, we’ll create an exciting, sustainable community unlike any other found in Kent.
